I have been a member for years, but most recently I have had an amazing experience with this company. I have a terribly unresponsive mortgage company who ironically was insisting on some insurance information from me. I reached out to Ms Odelys Payano and agent with MCcabe Insurance for help and i was so stressed about getting this information by the mortgage company's. Ms. Payano was very persistent in making sure that my mortgage company had what they needed. I am so grateful for people like this and because of her, I give this you 5 stars. Thank you again.

Thank you Robyn Toulotte and McCabe and Erie Insurance! They came to my rescue when a tree fell on my house. From my first call to Robyn minutes after the tree fell, to the temporary representative I had till we were assigned a permanent one, everyone was responsive, professional and extremely helpful. Lucky for me Robyn sold us replacement insurance with a manageable deductible. Once the adjuster walked our property, it took them about 2 weeks to send us a check with the understanding that if the contractor found something they did not see, they would adjust the payment accordingly. They also sent out an adjuster to inventory my personal items that were damaged. I received that check about 2 weeks after as well. I was able to hire the contractor I wanted and finally, we are moving back into our home next week. Thanks everyone for making this very difficult time in my families life a little easier. I will continue to recommend your services.
