If you need to report a claim, please contact our agency first so we can help you get started. We’ll file your claim with ERIE, where you’ll be assigned to an adjuster. Plus, we can assist you in choosing an auto repair shop through ERIE’s Direct Repair Program—and if your policy includes it, we can even arrange a rental vehicle.

Non-Emergency Claims:
If your incident occurs on a weekend or outside our business hours (8:30 AM – 5:00 PM), please leave a message with our Customer Service team. We will return your call on the next business day.
Emergency Claims – After Hours/Weekends:
For urgent claims that require immediate attention, contact ERIE’s 24/7 Claim Support Service directly at (800) 367-3743.
